Instructions

1. Drop 1 cube into 2 cups (500ml) of water. 2. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve. 3. Add your favorite ingredients — tofu, mushrooms, noodles, or greens. 4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes and enjoy. For hotpot: Use 2–3 cubes for a bigger batch. For stews: Add 1 cube for extra depth
