Wholesale and distributor transactions may be governed by separate agreements and are not fully governed by these Terms.

By placing an order, you agree that:

- Prices are listed in the applicable currency
- Payment is processed through third-party payment providers
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Refunds
All food products are final sale.
Non-food merchandise (if applicable) may be eligible for return subject to our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer
Our products are manufactured in facilities that handle common allergens. While we follow strict safety and labeling practices:
- We do not guarantee products are free from all allergens
- Consumers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels
- Improper storage, handling, or misuse voids responsibility
Taste preference, dietary compatibility, and individual reactions are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Wholesale & Distributor Orders
Products purchased through distributors or foodservice partners are subject to:
- The distributor’s ordering, returns, and credit policies
- Separate contractual terms
We do not issue refunds or credits for distributor-fulfilled orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, text, images, and designs are the property of Will’s Food Inc. or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Use

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
